2018 f150 Lift/Level question

So i recently bought this 2018 f150 old man owned. I knew it had a leveling kit/pucks installed but figured it was 1.75" or 2" and needed a little bigger pucks because of the rake still.

Upon further investigating it has 1.5" pucks but also 2" rear blocks on top of factory blocks. So my question is what lift do I need to bring the front up to level the rear to that height?

Now I know itll more than likely take new UCA and stuff but thats fine. Itll be getting 305/70's on it once its done.
