One night stand

Hello, to summarize i am a 26 year old woman. I went on a date 1/24/26 and was asked by my date if I was open to having sex. I said no that I would need him to get tested. However he kept being pushy and told me I would never find a boyfriend if I was asking for all that. (Don’t know why I didn’t leave this date at this point) I did ask for his latest results but kept hesitating to show me them. The night went on and my mistake was having too many drinks. He then offered to get me a room and that nothing would happen. He kept being pushy in the room (I should’ve known better) and I got annoyed so I told him okay he can put it in but with a condom. We had sex one time, checked the condom after . However, I still felt uneasy after and got a prescription for PEP about 12 hours later and have been taking it religiously. I finished on 2/20. When should I test? Statistically what are my chances of contracting if he was positive?
