Headphones/earbuds that others can hear me talk when it is windy by me

Title says it all. I need to be able to talk on the phone when I am outside and it is windy out. Short of having an actual headset with an attached mic in front of my mouth that has foam around it, are there any headphones/earbuds that will cancel wind noise somewhat well.

Willing to spend up to $500 for this solution. I have tried Sony OTE cuff noise cancelling headphones, Wyze OTE, cheap IJOY OTE a ton of different in the ear earbuds, Shokz bone conducting (these are probably the worst to talk in wind, but I love them as I can hear ambient and can wear them all day), a bunch of top rated earbuds (apple, beats, sony).

If there is something that I known to do even OK in wind, I would like to know about.
