Improve Gemini 3.1 for Coding

Recently I noticed that 3.1 has somehow gotten worse than 3.0 in coding. But then it did tasks perfectly sometimes and now I'm thinking if the promoting dies matter a lot in 3.1 and how I could improve it? like are there things that have to be in a prompt for Gemini to work perfectly or am I missing something else?
