Hi question about Ikea BYAKORRE - Open shelf unit

https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/byakorre-open-shelf-unit-20586458/

I know the Byakorre shelf (above link) was recalled last year because of the bad build, so I never got my hands on it for that reason. But I have seen that it might be making a return with a new build that is more sturdy and less prone to breaking than before. Is that true? I saw a post that made it sound like it is being brought back (link bellow) or restocked. If so, does anyone know if or when we might see it in the US? I have been dreaming about this shelf for a minute....
