Something inbetween a gaming headset and a studio set?
Hiya, I play a lotta games and listen to a lot of music, as well as make my own. I dislike the flat sound of studio sets (only one I tried was beyer DT990's though), but I dislike the overblown bass and frequent cheap quality of gaming headsets, even in the higher price ranges.
Im looking for closed-ish, wired, over-ear headphones, preferably with metal or otherwise high quality construction - no shitty fake leather coverings. The swappable velvet covers on the DT990's were incredible. I'd like them to have a moderate and tasteful amount of bass boost that still has clear highs and mids and nice range. A built in mic would also be fantastic, especially if swappable.
I live in the Czech Republic and my range is something around 150€ max? A really solid contender are the beyer MMX330's, but they are quite a bit outside that range.
