Phone always warm, when doing anything.

15 pro, iOS 26.3, i know the 15 series are bad with thermals, specifically the 15 pro, but its gotten to the point where i don't really use the phone. Everytime I open duolingo or even reddit, the phone immediately gets warm, when i open the camera it gets really warm, that its uncomfortable to hold it in the hand. This wasn't an issue in 18.7, was before that and is now. I like the products, but this is really disappointing, and i'm not taking into account the screen on after ios 26. Do other phones also have this? (except for the 17 series)
