Gift bags for hospital staff

I've been receiving ECT treatments weekly and the hospital staff are so wonderful. There are 3 nursing staff, an anesthesiologist and then the psychiatrist. I'm not sure they can have gift cards. What could I include in gift bags for them as a thank you?
