Isolated marriage (46M and 40F)

I’m married and have never felt more alone in my life. To give some context, I 46M met my partner 40F 8 years ago and have now been married for 2. We have a child together and own a home together. Before my child was born, we were intimate but only when we were both intoxicated, not that I needed to be but because it made them feel more comfortable. Since the child was born intimacy became more infrequent and is now nonexistent. I know this is something that most couples go through but I’m having a very hard time navigating it. I have brought this to my partners attention multiple times only to be disregarded and ignored until I let it go and weeks later inevitably my frustration rears its head again as the problem continues to go unaddressed. I believe I e finally reached the end though. If something doesn’t change in the near future I’m afraid I will have no other choice than to end the marriage. Asking for any and all insight and guidance in at this time in hopes of saving my marriage. Can anyone else relate?
