99 Construction?

Hi guys, I currently have 86 construction and about 40m cash stack. I want to hit 99 construction. I was considering doing mahogany homes the whole way to 99, but I was curious if there was a more efficient way, and the best way to get mahogany logs? I was planning on using Miscellania, I have been putting money into my kingdom consistently for the past few months and I figured I'd also probably have to chop some trees. I am wondering if it would be more total XP to get Teak logs from Miscellania instead of Mahogany. I am happy to pay the higher price for mahogany planks to make construction xp faster. I know 40m might not be enough cash, but I am planning to grind Alchemical Hydra until I get the lance (currently at 1700 KC) . I was hoping I could get some advice from fellow ironmans. Currently I have about 3500 logs banked in total, which I know is nowhere near enough. Is miscellania the best way to get my hardwood? I also have 3 mahogany trees planted on fossil island. I already have all the important house upgrades (nexus, pool, altar, etc). I just want the construction cape.
