Learndirect Level 3 Early Years Diploma – How Does It Work?

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to do the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator Diploma with Learndirect. I’ve completed Level 2 and already work in a nursery.

Can anyone share how the course and assessments actually work?

• How are assessor visits done?
• How many visits are there?
• What’s expected from the workplace?
