# This is the remake.

His special action will be him using phosphor. When phospher is active, he will gain extra defense and all his moves will gain a dramatic boost. Phospher will have a time limit, and when it reaches 0, a massive explosion will follow, which will melt 3/4th of his HP bar. If you’re hit with this explosion, youll take heavy damage and ignite into blue and purple flames, which will deal high tick damage over time like AAM. The difference is that touya will take damage for that, AAM doesnt.

His Special Tuning will be kinda like electrification, itd make your moves burn the target at a bit higher than the normal burn tick damage, with blue/purple flames not as high a AAM. Itd also ignite the target if they touch you.

\-

His Melees will be like Alls Justice a little bit. It could go smth like ts. Hed start by igniting his fist and punching them in the side, then Hed follow up by using ignited arrow from alls Justice 3 times like in his combo, then Hed follow up by using flashfire fist and exploding around himself.

\-

His first move will have him throw 2 ignited arrows. Just like in Alls Justice, they’ll home onto the target. If this move is held, there will be a lock on feature, kinda like with tech kaminari, which Hed then throw the arrows into the ground and they’d form a circle of flames under the ground so the target has a chance to dodge.

When phospher is active, he will instead shoot a beam of fire. Similar to enji, but it can be held, and will drain a percentage meter, as the ammo will be indicated by a percentage bar.

Upgrades will increase burn damage, it will decrease how quickly the percentage meter goes down, itll decrease cooldown, and itll increase damage.

\-

His second move will be Hell Spider. When he isnt aiming, it will be a melee. He will form strings of flames from his fingers, and then Hed whip the area around him. Holding it will make him combo with it. Hed whip foward like tamakis second move, then Hed follow up by spinning and whipping with his other hand, then hed end it off with whipping downwards with both hands. This move can be used from behind walls, as it can pierce.

If this move is used while aiming, he will shoot them like Alls Justice when he uses hell spider, so itll instead be a projectile move. This move will also pierce walls.

Upgrades will increase damage, range, ammo capacity, and speed, and they’ll decrease cooldown time.

\-

His third move will be prominence burn. This move will be like base enji. Itll just be stronger, bigger, and cooler. This move will cause the same burn damage as before in his first move. It’ll have only 1 use before its cooldown. In exchange, itll deal high damage. Itll also go through structures like endeavors move.

When phospher is active, the move will instead be vanishing fist, so he will charge up and shoot a massive fist of fire, which will explode on impact.

Upgrades will increase his damage, the length the burn effect is active, and the AOE range. It will also decrease cooldown.

His base skin will be the first image, the second image will be a gold skin which will have similar rarity to other skins of its type, the third, forth and fifth image can be one of his PUR skins

# Below this is the old one btw

His special tuning will grant the user heavy resistance to ice and fire. Either that, or it will increase the power of attacks depending on how low your health is, as chosen by how Touya/Dabis flames are fueled by hatred

\-

His Melees will make him punch the target in the side, then hed follow up by kicking the target with a flaming leg, then Hed finish the animation by using the ice like Shoto and making something like a spike from the ground and knock them in the air.

His special ability will make him activate his ice to regenerate himself and boost the damage of his flames for a limited time. Phosphor.

\-

His first move will make him shoot a burst of ice/fire. Similar to endeavors beam but stronger and bigger. Getting hit will have a chance to either burn the target, freeze the target, and a low chance of doing both to the target. When the special ability is active, getting hit will guarantee the 3rd effect.

Upgrades will increase his damage, the ammo capacity, the chance for effects to take place, and decrease the cooldown, and increase the length to which the effects lasts.

\-

His second move will make him shoot a dual projectile of icy fire that’ll travel along the ground in the shape and an arrow and burst up in flames like when you run into Dabis trap. It will stun any hit targets.

If the move is used in the air, then he’d do a stunt similar to the AOE move in tech Dabi. Hed slam into the ground and the area around him will go up in ice and flames. Getting hit has a 50/50 chance to either shoot the target back and ignite them, or freeze the target in place. This move is great for when you’re getting jumped, as itll allow you to separate the targets and focus on one.

Upgrades will increase the damage and range for the moves base form, and the variants AOE area will be increased, the effects will last longer on the target, the damage inflicted will also increase and the cooldown will decrease.

\-

His third move will make him begin self destructing. The longer you hold the moves button, the bigger the blast area gets. Tapping it will be a small explosion that’ll inflict 5% damage to himself and good damage to anyone within the blast zone, holding it for 2 seconds will inflict 25% damage to himself and deal high damage to any hit target, holding it for 5 will deal 50% damage to himself and heavy damage to anyone within the blast area, and finally if held for 8, it will deal 100% damage to himself and instakill him. Not down him, literally kill him, but it’ll deal enough damage to destroy all your GP, even if it’s maxed and it’s enough to bring someone like AAM with his 400 health below half. Depending on how close you are to touya, it will also deal more damage. That means if you’re right beside touya, depending on how long he held the move, it can literally instakill you as well, as any point blank explosion of this caliber would. Once the move is used, any enemy Who walks into the area of which he exploded will slow down due to the ice, and has a chance to ignite. Using this move as a solo Im a bad idea, so if you do, only hold for 2 seconds and play it safe. This move CAN be interrupted if he is shot back, but he will have enhanced endurance to fight that, and he will have some hyper armor so he doesn’t flinch. He will move slow when this move is charging, so it’s better to not use it near a Nagant. The blast area will be indicated by blue, fiery air, and the red of which the blast will reach.

Upgrades will increase the damage and blast range, they will also increase the length of which the after effects of being within the area to which he exploded, as well as the damage the fire may last. The area will slowly shrink into which Touya was when he let off the explosion til it disappears. Kinda like a storm of his own but cooler.

I remade my Touya Todoroki character concept so it’s more aligned with his canonical character. (Moves in desc)
