Executor attack
The executor (not a family member and also the sole beneficiary) went into attack mode when they learned that the only family member (in existence) had recorded a meeting with them. In that recording it is very clear what is said. the executor filed a second affidavit that stated that the recording was edited and that the family member demanded money from them. The recording clears that up completely. Secondly, the executor falsely claimed an expense of about $2500 that when questioned then reduced it to $350 and provided a receipt without any date…when I emailed the author of the receipt to request what date the work was performed they did not respond
Thirdly, the executor has stated in their affidavit that the family member was estranged however this is false and supported by evidence by way of emails/skype/and backed by supporting affidavits from credible people.
how serous is this likely to be viewed by the court?
