How much do you pay for therapy?

I’m a clinical psychologist from Brazil, and I’m planning to open some online slots for clients in the US this year. I specialize in Existential Phenomenology (heavy on Carl Rogers, Sartre and Yalom), and I’m trying to understand the market better before I jump in.

Since I won't be taking US insurance, I have a few questions for those of you currently in therapy or looking for a therapist

• What’s a fair price for you?
• How do you usually book your sessions? Do you prefer a booking link (like Calendly or a clinic website) or just emailing the therapist directly?
• How do you communicate with your therapist between sessions? In Brazil, we use WhatsApp for everything, but I’ve heard that’s not really a thing in the US. Is it mostly email or a specific secure app?
