Buying a loaner car from dealership
Hi all
Hope you are doing well. I’m looking to buy a 2020 Mazda car. I reached out to the Mazda dealership and the salesperson told me that it is a loaner vehicle (I don’t know the actual term). He said that it’s the car the dealership lends out to people when they are servicing their cars. They mentioned how it’s well maintained, serviced on time and cleaned after every use. I’ve looked at the carfax and it has no accidents.
I spoke to a friend who knows more about cars and they mentioned how I should be wary since the mileage is 104,000 KM (too high for a loaner car) and sometimes dealerships might change the odometer. I’m visiting the dealership soon as well.
Is there anything I should look out for?
Thanks in advance
