M1 V5 TMR Can't Change Volume Knob Binds

Hi all, it seems I can rebind every other key in the driver software except the volume knob, which never saves properly. I tried using the web app on three different browsers, but it doesn't work. In Edge, even with the driver installed, it just keeps prompting me to install the driver again.
