Tips for selling at the Joint

Hey all, so I just started as an associate at the Joint. The location I’m at is more of a blue collar and lower income area and I’m replacing a doc that has built up a considerable patient base there.

Our owner (non-chiro) is currently paying for us to have a “coaching” service to walk through setting up and selling care plans. IMO, the care plans are excessive with 3 visits x 2 weeks, 2 x 2, and then 1 x 8. A lot of the new patients I’ve seen so far seem to be turned off by that and have just been walk-ins only with no conversion. I don’t feel the conviction to sell that so maybe that’s the reason, but how do you all approach care plans and selling at the Joint? I think the wellness plans and more of maintenance care can be really helpful for people, especially the blue collar folks, but I’m hesitant with recommending a ton of visits. Any tips for approaching sales and what has worked well for those that have worked at the Joint?
