Looking for a spell to get my friends Dad a job

So basically my friend is in this situation where her family is most likely going to have to move to another country because her Dad is getting laid off and he's been offered a higher paying job in another country. They're still deciding at the moment but it's most likely gonna happen and soon.

She really doesn't wanna move and neither does her family but it's really the only option unless he get's offered a different job here, or they decide to keep him. I would do anything to stop her moving and I can't imagine next year without her. Did I mention next year is out senior year? I can't imagine her having to start at a new school for her senior year, that is totally sucky.
