Moving files btwn personal workspace Google Drive & shared workspace Drive

My Bostes ID meet up a personal Google work drive in through this gave me access to my shared work Google Drive.

1. LAPTOP I can access both the shared drive on my personal Drive on my laptop. I can upload files to the shared drive on my laptop. I cannot move files from my personal drive to the shared drive. The shared drive option is greyed out
2. IPAD on my iPad I can access the personal Drive but not the shared drive. I can only access one of the folders in the shared drive that was initially shared with me and I cannot see the other files I uploaded to the shared drive.p on my laptop.
3. how do I access the shared drive fully on my iPad and how do I enable moving files from my personal work drive to the shared work Drive on my laptop?
