Project REX not loading

Guys I need help-Everytime I try to launch project REX from Wii U homebrew it just shows a black screen and nothing comes up(like it freezes the console). I tried everything from deleting the old project plus on my Wii U along with Project MEX-remix but it stills shows the black screen. I even redownloaded REX multiple times but nothing seems to work. I aso notice that REX doesn't have a "private" folder so I wonder if that's the reason it won't boot up. SD card is on FAT32 and 32GB
