Does anyone else have trouble hitting calories due to motility demands?

For instance, I notice that I have to stay under ~70-90g fats if I don't want my motility significantly hindered the next day. I have a formula that I use to time my fats & it is always right. If I exceed a certain amount of fat in grams relative to the start time of eating them for a day, my motility always reflects that.

Lower fat means that my motility normalizes more quickly. Higher fat means that I can successfully easily hit my calories, yes, but it also means that motility is significantly hindered & this has the worst impact on my sibo/sifo.

This is why I'm so lean right now. I have to confine myself to certain fat intakes if I want to avoid significant inflammation, protect my gut permeability, etc. But I'm getting too lean at single digit body-fat, I have a stress prone body & I know I need to put on more fat to lower the stress hormones, but I just don't feel like going through the inevitable ugly phase of always being bloated & inflamed looking from just trying to hit my calories. And yeah, the ugly & bloated look even happens when averaging a deficit if my fat intake is too high.

If you have this issue as well, please let me know what you do. Even if it's anecdotal. I'd love to hear it. Feeling insanely hopeless. Shredded & hopeless.
