Looking for a garage/workshop to rent

I’m sure this is nearly impossible to find, but figured it may be worth a shot. I’m looking to rent a garage/workshop with electricity to work on project vehicles (just one project at a time). Only need one space for one car. The only thing I’m finding are commercial spaces which I’m not doing this as a business so can’t afford the $1500/month lease when I’m not generating income from this. And yes, there are plenty of storage facilities, but they will give you the boot if they catch you working on cars inside of them. I scour marketplace and even Craigslist daily but don’t ever see any pop up. Anyone know of anything?
