Frigate+ Google Coral Support for YOLOv9

I am excited to announce that Frigate+ now includes Google Coral support for YOLOv9 models alongside Frigate 0.17, which is expected to be released to stable channels in the next few days.

This is a significant upgrade, as YOLOv9 offers substantial improvements over the current mobiledet models. Furthermore, the conversion to run on Google Coral shows only a slight loss in accuracy when compared to using ONNX or OpenVino, and inference speeds remain fast at approximately 10ms.

Important: Please note that previously fine-tuned YOLOv9 models are not compatible with Google Coral. You will need to submit a new model request and select "edgetpu" as the variant.

I recommend that you first test using the available base models before submitting your new request.
