Thinking of Reclassing

I’m about to exit Active duty and thinking of Reclassing into a 68P . I was wondering how exactly does that process look like ? I’m mainly doing it because i want to become an Registered Radiology Tech and AIT for this mos is only 10 months instead of the regular 24 months at a College so i figured i’d ask people who are already in the Reserves . I’d appreciate any insight .
