Pls advise

To preface, I’ve been tested today and am awaiting my results— posting here to soothe my anxiety. The past couple months I had a few high risk encounters (unprotected sex with men, as the insertive partner). In the last couple days past, Ive developed joint pain that rotates between my shoulders, and knees; the pain is now located in my lower back, basically a throbbing and very severe pain in my buttocks and slightly above.This is I would say is the most annoying/painful of the symptoms I have. There’s also some muscle pain, mostly in my legs. I also get some tingling in my hands, if i bend my arms for too long. Also have shallow ulcers on my tonsils, which are swollen. I noticed some whiteness in the back of my throat which disappeared after I drank some water. Confusingly, I do not currently have a sore throat, however. I’m feeling rather fatigued with a mild headache, though I can’t tell if I’m feverish. I have a somewhat (rather mild) tingling/burning feeling in my penis, with some pee hesitancy, though the aforementioned sensation is not always present and I honestly can’t tell if I’m imagining it. I also have had some developments in my skin condition; on my chest look like ingrown hairs to me (I have a habit of sometimes pulling at my body hair), and I can see the hair follicles in them; I’ve already popped a few with some pus coming out.
