Autonomic shutdown / dysautonomic event / seizure?

Symptoms

They've never caught them on scans & I started getting them around age 14, I'm 40 now. I hadn't experienced one in decades until 2yrs ago. Now that I've been dealing thw all these diagnoses, I'm really attuned vs as a teen. Once it started, I knew right away what it was. The 1st sign is that I gets internally warm (like a triple shot of fireball). It feels like someone did a Cntrl+Alt+Delete & forcing a reboot. The warmth will hit internally, then my hearing will go. Cannot hear anything...can feel the vibrations. Then my smell & taste, then vision, then loss of my voice (feel like I'm screaming but I know my cords aren't working), then my sense of feeling goes (can't feel if I'm standing, laying down, cannot even feel vibration...only gravity), then my muscles & everything shut off (like that little toy that you push the button to make the giraffe or whatever stand or collapse). I can't tell if I've lost consciousness or not, because I don't feel there is enough for me to recognize. Then I'm out or paralyzed for seconds-min max usually. Everything starts booting back up. Pretty much the order backwards except my hearing will flip back on before I can see again. We were at a concert this last time & have a very clear timeline & multiple witnesses around me. From the time the warmth hit & I knew what it was- I was back to normal (once back fully online, nothing...I could run a race, no rebound time) within 15min. They said they're not quite sure what it is. Wondering if anyone else has experienced these & if you've been able to get clarity. Thanks!
