Qualifications:

▫️ Highschool Graduate is required but college level an advantage

▫️ must have atleast 6+ months of healthcare BPO experience.

▫️ Must have Scheduling experience for our Homecare offices across the US but having not is alright.

▫️Must be able to work with minimal supervision 

▫️Proficiency with using Google Office Suites.

▫️ Amenable to work on night shift atleast a minimum of 12hrs per day.

▫️ Must have reliable equipment and internet connection (at least Intel Core i5/AMD Ryzen 5 with 8GB of RAM) (at least 50Mbps average internet speed).

▫️ Strong English communication skills and a Dedicated quiet workspace.
