Last three photos showing markings!

Hello,

This is the last 3 photos on the first roll I have shot on a Canon AE-1 I was gifted. All the other photos turned out great except these final 3! Could anyone help me diagnose what's going on? I did use a flash attachment and believe that the camera was set to 1/60. Thanks a bunch yall :-)
