Magazine disconnect delete on vp9a1

How much should I prioritize its removal and replacement with the standard part? I'm not competing anytime soon. Money is tight after my last purchase and for the price of the part I could get like 100 extra rounds of 9mm. I was thinking its lower on the priority list than next Ammo restock.
