Hello

Hi! I had my bariatric consultation 2 weeks ago and just had my first nutrition appointment yesterday. I've decided to go with the gastric bypass as that will be the most beneficial one for me. I've just started my pathway to surgery, so no surgery date yet but hoping to have the main authorization process done in a few months. Is there anyone here that has had it done and in the Chicago area? Or is in the process to getting approvals? What hospital system are you doing it through? Im going through Rush University Medical Center.
