New Flair Announcement - "Support - Positive Replies Only"

This is a new flair, and it's being added because we noticed more people want to vent and hear some support. First and foremost, we aim to operate as a support space.

This is a new flair where ONLY SUPPORTIVE AND POSITIVE REPLIES are allowed.

For those of you out there who want to hear some positivity and encouragement, please use this flair and we'll try to moderate these posts extra hard.

Any negative replies or attacking OP under the support flair posts will be considered a Rule 6 violation, and bans will be issued.

The aim of this flair is to help more people voice actual concerns and operate in a more uplifting way when needed. However, this doesn't mean Rule 9(no gaslighting) won't be enforced in these flaired posts. Any attempt at denying OPs experiences or trying to minimize it is not support. Acknowledge OP, allow them to feel heard, and given them encouragement and motivation without minimizing their experiences.
