CMU mhci and CMU miips

Kindly ask for some help:) How to choose between mhci(1 year) and miips(16 months)? I want to be a PM in big tech in the future. My undergraduate major is arts & tech(BA), I think the “cs title” of MHCI is good, but it is too short, which makes it harder to get a job in such a saturated PM market.

Thanks for reply
