Film Studies: UofT vs York? help pleaseeee, I got accepted to both unis but I need advice

I'm gonna study film, and I'm contemplating between UofT and York University. I heard that Toronto is more theory-based? while York is more hands-on? I don't know which one is "better,"and I was wondering if you guys have any information or opinions regarding this!
