Accepted but what do I do?!

Got my acceptance this week for the school I will go to, if I go. They suggested taking two May (Summer Semester) classes so the PLUS Grad Loans can still be used for the next three years following the new guidelines, which take effect in later summer. I already have an MS in an adjacent field - am I still considered a new borrower? I gotta figure out my lifetime max. Still waiting for financial aid/scholarships to come through for this school in the next two weeks or so.

My acceptance is feeling more like dread on having to decide, rather than excitement.

Any insight into these new rules, and does anyone else feel the same?
