No sedation

Im a 41 year old woman and went sedation free today, never again!!

All was fine with insertion and for the good 5 mins was fine and pain free.

But the deeper into the bowel he went the pain just kept getting worse and worse.

I had to really breathe through it , my bowel looked very twisty and turney.

Coming out wasnt painful at all, they found a polyp and got rid of it, no pain there.

But over all , I wouldn't do it again with no sedation..

Looks like I have to get over my sedation trauma.
