Sick of some retards

So I live near Nanda ki chowki and due too many college there's an influx of some very social people. I live with my family childer sister mother father uncle aunty sab koi. Or bagal me ek rented ghar hai or usme bhare hai GAWARS and sabko pata hai kaha se hai vo. Forget the day raat ko 1 130 baje gawar log chilla chilla ke gaali dete hai gaane bajate hai and when I mean gaali there's no limit. How shameless can one be and what do their parents teach them and send to dehradun I'm fucking fuming. Have reached the house owner but he doesn't seem to care cause he doesn't live nearby. What do I do ? Do I call the police how to complain anonymously? And I know these people are way too violent goli na maarde what should I do. Or should I fking beat the shit out of them?
