Thoughts on Winter, Cynical Opportunist?

I wanted to build a Golgari commander since I don't have one yet and since I love graveyard/reanimation, I made a deck list with [[Winter, Cynical Opportunist]] as the commander. I'm aware that Winter was kind of overlooked in the set of Duskmourn precons due to Zimone and Valgavoth being super popular, but he actually seems quite fun for a turbo-mill strategy. I put lots of mill engines like [[Ripples of Undeath]], [[Crawling Infestation]], and [[Six]] to fill the graveyard quickly and get to delirium, especially including cards with double card types like [[Darksteel Citadel]] to reach delirium faster. Ideally I then reanimate a huge threat like [[Valgavoth, Terror Eater]] or [[Virtue of Persistence]]. The finality counters are definitely a downside but I feel like you can fill your graveyard so fast that you can just bring another scary thing back next turn. Do any Winter pilots have experience with him? Does he perform well in actual games?
