First in office injection 30 units

Hey just had my in office injection of 30 units the doctor wouldn’t want to go any higher because of some possible implications of it wasn’t injected in the right spot , I was hoping for atleast 50 units but what can you do,

Has anyone on here had success with 30 units ?
