Could i be ruining my marriage or am i overthinking?.

Hi im 30m I've been with my wife 32f for 5 years, married for 2, and I love her deeply. She's beautiful, caring, and honestly, I feel lucky to have her. But lately, I think she's insecure, and maybe it's my fault. I would never want to hurt her.

Last Saturday, I went to a pub with my ex-fiancé 30m. I'm bisexual, and my wife has known since the beginning, which she was totally fine with. My ex and I are still close friends we just didn't work out romantically. I introduced him to my wife about 4 months into our dating, and she's always been cool with it.

Recently, I feel like she's been suspicious. On Saturday, my ex asked me to wear the same clothes as him—not really my style, tight jeans and a polo shirt, but I went along with it. I have to admit, my style has changed a lot lately, and I think that's concerning my wife. When she saw what I was wearing, she smiled, but it didn't seem genuine.

I don't understand why she's insecure. She's made comments about me being out late with my friends. I know I was late, but I feel like she thinks something's going on. Even one of her friends mentioned that I look 'suspicious' because my style changed out of nowhere, and we haven't been intimate as much lately my fault .

I would never cheat on my wife or hurt her. Should I start inviting her to hang out with us, or stop going out as much? I spend a lot of time with her, but I should make more of an effort on weekends. Is she right to be suspicious?

My friend and I have been friends since before kindergarten. We got together about 11 years ago and broke up 8 years ago. It was heartbreaking, but the right decision, and our friendship is actually stronger now. After a few dates with my wife, I knew she was the one, and it's been wonderful. We do pretty much everything together, and our relationship is strong.

I'm worried that after Saturday, she might think I'm cheating. I'd understand why she would think that, but it would hurt because I would never cheat on her. She's the most important person in my life, and I don't have feelings for my ex; he's just a good friend, like he used to be.

Any advice on what to do, what to say, and how to reassure her that she has nothing to worry about?.
