budget desktop DAC for speakers and headphones

hey, so i'm basically looking forward to get a desktop DAC for My Edifiers MR5, for which i plan to get a subwoofer too, and these are my headphones: AKG 7xx (they don't sound too good plugged onto the mr5); ATH M20X; Truthear Crinacle Red

i look forward to something cheaper than 100 usd, so if you could provide me the best budget desktop DAC out there id really appreciate it!
