What is the purpose of minecraft? shower throughs👇

As many of us, I've been playing minecraft for a long time. However I always had the lingering feeling of: "What am I even doing in minecraft?"

Do I build? do I want to make megabases? Do I want to make small ckties? Build a country? Do I want to do mapart? Do I want to make the most bizarre orbital canon? Do I want to have a forever world? Do I want a creative world? Do I add modpacks? Do I play absolute vanilla? Do I play modded? Do I try be complitionist? etc.etc.

The question: "What do I do with minecraft?" is equivalent to "What do I do with my life?"

Meaning, for me I have no answer to neither of these questions and I have seen people saying: "Just play" or "Just live".

So I am here sat down thinking: I want to make something worth for me and enjoyable of my minecraft experience but idk how.

How do you?
