Click wheel not working

Hi, I have a iPod video 5th and the click wheel stopped working after opening one time (center bottom and touch)

I bought another wheel thinking I might broke it but the new one didn't work either

I looked at this reddit searching if someone had the same prome and it seems that no one has found a solution for this.
