Anyone know how long the CFARS site is usually down for on the occasions it has gone down?

Went to place an order with Target Sports, needed to update my COE on file and then conveniently CFARS appears to be down so now I can't do anything since I can't get the COE to upload. It's been down for at least 7 hours now.

Any idea if they fix shit in a reasonably timely manner?
