Negative aUEC balance in refinery?

After randomly receiving an extremely large amount of auec from a stranger, I went to refine some materials, and my personal auec balance in the refinery terminal is showing -1,000,000,000. I was told in global chat that giving away the amount showing negative will raise it back up to positive, so i sent the amount to a friend, only for the terminal balance to show -2,000,000,000. Now I'm incapable of doing any refining because of this issue, even though my wallet shows the amount given (7,500,000,000). Using some other shop kiosks show the correct wallet amount but vantage rentals and refinery/ore kiosks are showing the negative balance. I have tried using the other kiosks, other stations, other servers, other shards, and restarting. This is very unfortunate as it keeps me from being able to do the mining gameplay loop....or renting ships. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
