AI email responses

Recently tried to email, my PCP and both times instead of receiving an actual email from my doctor, I got AI generated wall of text. I am trying not to be a Karen, but it really bugs the shit out of me how impersonal this feels. And I just presume this will be a new normal for anything that I tried to contact Kaiser for or any business for that matter.

Anyone else annoyed by these ?
