F's in the chat for this one player during the Arena Limited Championship qualifier weekend event.

Last weekend there was the thing on Arena you could spend 25-30$ worth of gems on a draft for the chance to qualify for a big arena limited tournament, and 2k cash. 7-1 or better for the first draft to qualify for the "2nd draft". I was perusing some of the 17lands data and saw one user who played 51 of these drafts, and didn't make it to the 2nd draft on a single run despite having a positive win rate. I have no idea who they are besides their username, but I hope they are doing alright, I would have crashed out so hard.

The odds of that happening (without trying to lose, anyways) might be lower than you think. By far the worst bad beats scenario I have ever heard of, I don't care how good your 0-3 deck was, this dude definitely had it worse.

Also, fwiw, if they're going to have these very expensive events, they REALLY shouldn't make it Bo1. I'd even prefer if you have to go undefeated, but they make it Bo3.
