I haven't received anything from tokyo otaku mode

I have 3 figures i ordered at the beginning of last year that were scheduled to ship November and December and they just keep getting pushed back every month. im getting impatient, is anyone else experiencing this? I know with the tariffs everything got messed up, but i have one figure that's supposed to shit through ups and it's been pushed back just the same
