Bug in slicer? Losing my color swaps when I save and close and come back to the file later

The prime tower also disappears.

Basically title, the color swaps after I slice the plate are still there but when I close the file and open it back up, I’m losing the color swaps and the prime tower.

It doesn’t seem to be all files. Bug?
