Shipping updates?

Hi y’all,

I bought a tropical T023 from the thorn website on 2/12 but have not received any shipping updates. I have tried using the app (shop.com) my order still shows no details. How long are you guys waiting to receive shipping updates? I’ve tried emailing their customer service and have not received any response despite just sending them 2 emails. Wondering if this is par for the course, or if I need to cancel the order via my credit card? Thanks!
