Should I be worried
My background investigator reached out to introduce himself and let me know that he would be starting my background process. He mentioned that once I confirmed my continued interest by responding to his email, he would send out reference questionnaires to the contacts listed in my personal history statement. He did follow through with this, as my relatives and ex-coworkers confirmed receiving the questionnaires. However, one relative informed me that her email wasn’t working properly and she had given me an incorrect address. I reached out to the investigator asking if he could resend the questionnaire or mail it, but I haven’t heard back. It’s been about three weeks. Do you think I should reach out again, or is it possible that he already has enough references?
